There have been some clear reasons for this plunge, such as the global economic meltdown and China’s economic slow-down.

Surviving a bear attack is also a common theme on financial marketsįor the past five years, commodity markets have been in decline – a “bear” market. Whether this grizzly scene (and the rest of the movie) is a true story or not doesn’t really matter. Indeed, ’traders’ had a tougher time back then than they do nowadays (or did they?…). The movie relates the story of Hugh Glass, an American frontiersman, fur trapper and trader, hunter and explorer, in 1823.
One of these is an attack by a ‘great bear’. But now, mauled by the bear that is Hollywood, he's out for revenge with director Alejandro G. Year after year he grits it out with extremely high caliber performances, and every year he comes in just short of getting the Oscar he so very much deserves. It's hard to watch this new trailer for The Revenant and not feel like it is one giant metaphor for Leonardo DiCaprio's entire career.
